March Birthdays

In March, the following students celebrated birthdays: Christopher A. (11th, 16), Jocelyn A. (17th, 16), Melissa Ake (3rd, 17), Caleb B. (15th, 16), Zane B. (3rd, 15), Alexandra B. (4th, 15), Phil D. (1st, 18), Katie G. (5th, 16), Madison H. (12th, 18), Stephen K. (9th, 16), Nathan P. (21st, 17), Kristen S. (14th, 18), and Noel W. (17th, 14). Alumnus Hana H. (18th, 20) also celebrated a birthday.
 
Melissa Ake (17) was born March 3rd, 1991. She lives in Woodstock, Georgia with two brothers and two sisters, one of which, Beth Anne, is also a student of the school. This year she is taking Biology with Mr. Rosenoff (section 5). She plans on double majoring in violin performance and biology and also on going to vetinarian school. It has been a busy past year for her. "I was selected concertmaster at my youth orchestra, we bought my new violin . . ., we went to Williamsburg recently and I sewed a complete costume, chopped my long hair off, managed to go a year without going to the Emergency Room, ran my first 10k, and came to know my Savior a little bit better."

 

 

 

Alexandra B. (15) was born March 4th, 1993. She lives in Youngsville, Louisiana. This year she is taking ninth grade English with Ms. Gaines (section 1), Geometry with Mrs. Crosby (section 5), and Biology with Mr. Rosenoff (section 1). "This is my first year of Potter's School and I love it," she says. "I recently went on a college road trip with some of my friends and our mom's." She is considering Ouachita Baptist University and Samford University with plans on studying graphic design, pre-vetinary, or mathematics.
