Potter's School teacher Brianna Klecker recently announced her marriage engagement. She and Mike Tittel, a freelance sports and outdoors photographer, met at a photography workshop in Colorado, though it wasn't until after a year of casual e-mailing back and forth and another workship in Maine last October that they realized they couldn't be just friends. After a year and a half, Mike asked Brianna to marry him as the sun set in Zion National Park on Friday, January 11th. She said yes.

The date for the small and simple wedding has been set for April 18th, 2008. Brianna currently lives in Madison, Wisconsin, but after the wedding, she will move down to Salt Lake City where Mike lives. They plan on having children, but not for a few years to come. "
For right now," Brianna says, "we are content just living life together, traveling, and photographing. We love spending time together enjoying creation, cooking, talking, hiking, and just about anything that involves a camera." Brianna currently teaches an Introduction to Photography course that just began in the second semester and says she hopes to continue teaching at the school even after her wedding.
