BryanA's FIRST Robotics team, Team Blitz, competed in the Colorado Regional Tournamant and were awarded Rookie All-Star, the highest award for a rookie team. This qualified them to go compete at the World Lego Festival in Atlanta, Georgia on April 12-14th. On Wednesday, May 2, their team and another FIRST team were introduced on the floor of the Colorado House of Representatives to promote Science and Technology education.

TimothyW has earned the rank of Eagle Scout as part of Direct Service Troop 943 in Beijing, China.  He was also elected to the Order of the Arrow.

LeahS2, who lives in east Asia and takes Writer's Workshop with Mrs. Thomas, participated in a homeschool writing and art competition on April 6th and was awarded "Best-in-Show."
