Dear Readers,
It is our very great pleasure to bring you the first of our monthly issues. Our issues will be published on the first day of the month, and they will contain around fifty articles in five different sections:
- Features contains loads of articles devoted to the theme of the issues, including pieces explaining and detailing our theme as well as student-submitted material such as art, poems, fiction, and even songs.
- News will cover TPS-related news from all over the world, including journeys, adventures, and experiences by TPS students and their families.
- Sports will bring the athletic side of TPS to you, covering TPS student athletes as well as TPS-related news in the sports world.
- Columns presents a series of independent columns, covering a variety of venues: political, international correspondent, Tolkien, teen devotional, and alumni (written by a TPS student who has graduated and moved on).
- Class Reports is a compilation of student views on their classroom, highlighting specific classes and talking about material covered and the atmosphere within the class.
This issue is the November issue, and as such it will cover the topics of Thanksgiving and gratefulness we see in our everyday lives. The editors and reporters have worked very hard over the last month to bring you a great issue. So please, take some time, and poke around the different sections. I think you'll be impressed.
Also, as a special treat, the French IV class has added their French ezine to ours. This section is a one-time-only addition, entitled Le Petit Pot Fissuré or "The Little Cracked Pot." It contains around seven interesting articles and reviews all in French.
We look forward to bringing you more and more articles to read. For now, please enjoy these and the many different perspectives contained in them.
Until next month,
Aidan
