Ingredients:
250 mL milk 1 egg 100 g all purpose flour A dash of salt
Directions:
Mix all of the ingredients together, making sure that you have no lumps. Pour some of the batter into a frying pan (that has butter or oil in it, just barely covering the bottom) or a griddle. The palacinky should be thin—like crepes, not pancakes.
When you finish making the palacinky, you can put chocolate sauce on the inside with whip cream and chocolate sauce outside (and fold into fourths), or you can put ice cream or jam. Serve hot.
